The hotel's location near Tower Bridge was fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The complimentary minibar with soft drinks added extra value.

the room was immaculate and equipped to a high standard i admired the beautiful high ceilings it was lovely and very clean. jossy is amazing she was super friendly and applied the perfect pressure during my massage i felt so relaxed. the breakfast was a delight i tried some of the indian options and was very pleased.
the security deposit took longer to receive back than expected i think it was about two weeks.

I found the check-in process smooth. The staff were attentive. I had a senior classroom, it offered extra space and a great showroom. The hotel is near London Bridge Station and close to the Shard.
I experienced a problem with the room service menu. I thought it was limited. I hoped for more options. The mini bar only had soft drinks when paying over £450 a night, so more options should be offered.

my room was spacious i found beds very comfortable with premium feather pillows and hypnos mattresses the bathroom included japanese wash toilets the decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and stylish i found the food to be excellent
the bar service felt slightly off sometimes the gin martini needed a few attempts to get right

The shower was great , I must admit.
There were no staff to assist with luggage , which was surprising. Upon entering , the restaurant looked to be the reception area , causing confusion. The room size was smaller than what the pictures showed , so I felt deceived.
